This NVQ Level 7 Diploma in Construction Senior Management is a work and discussion-based diploma, using your current skills and knowledge-based around the aspects of senior construction management including your technical knowledge, people management skills, procurement, forecasting and quality assurance. You should also have an understanding of the financial management of construction projects.
This qualification is perfect for managers who design and follow construction projects through to their completion, with responsibility for technical design, team management and risk assessment. As well as demonstrating your existing skill in senior construction site management, it should also develop your understanding of perfect health and safety procedures along with other aspects of senior management.
The level 7 NVQ Diploma in senior construction management is made up of a number of core, mandatory units and some optional units. Your assessor will help you choose the most relevant optional units for your professional development and current skill set.
Each candidate is required to produce evidence which demonstrates their achievement of all of the learning outcomes and assessment criteria for each unit.
