Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Wood Occupations

£780.00 inc. VAT

This qualification gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills, knowledge and competence without attending to any classrooms or workshops. Your allocated assessor will visit you on site.
The NVQ is designed for existing Carpenters or Joiners active in the Construction Industry.

This qualification enables you, the learner, to demonstrate and recognise your skills, knowledge and understanding and to demonstrate your competence in a real workplace environment so you can work as a Carpenter or Joiner within the construction industry.
Level 2 is ideal if you have some knowledge and basic skills working with wood – probably from a role where you work under supervision. You want recognition for your skills, giving you the chance to take on more responsibility.

Each candidate is required to produce evidence which demonstrates their achievement of all of the learning outcomes and assessment criteria for each unit.

Evidence can include:

  • assignments/projects/reports
  • worksheet
  • portfolio of evidence
  • record of oral and/or written questioning
  • candidate test papers
